First Reported Case of Dulaglutide-Induced Acute Pancreatitis With Normal Serum Lipase Level

Dulaglutide is being extensively used for non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and congestive heart failure also as an off-label weight loss aid. Due to its wide use, we had shed some light on this rare finding of normal lipase level in a patient with signs symptoms suggestive acute pancreatitis. A high index clinical suspicion pancreatitis despite should warrant low threshold radiological imaging rule it out.
